A new tour is a draft until you publish it — only you (and your teammates, if you're on a Creator or Agency workspace) can see it while it's a draft.

Publishing

  1. Open the tour in the editor.
  2. Click the Publish button in the top toolbar.
  3. Once published, your tour is reachable at its own public link and can be embedded or shared anywhere.

The Live / Draft badge next to the tour title always shows the current status.

Unpublishing

Click the same button (now labeled Unpublish) to take a tour offline again. Unpublishing doesn't delete anything — your scenes, hotspots, and settings are all kept, and you can republish any time.

Previewing before you publish

Use the Preview button in the editor toolbar to see exactly what visitors will see, in a new tab, before making it public.

If your tour was taken down

In rare cases (for example, a violation of our content guidelines), a tour may be taken down by our team. A taken-down tour shows a distinct badge and can't be republished from the editor — contact support if you believe this was done in error.

What "published" doesn't mean

Publishing makes the tour reachable by its link — it doesn't submit it anywhere automatically. To actually get it in front of buyers or renters, share the link or embed it where they'll see it — see Embedding Your Tour and Sharing on Property Portals.
