Creating Your Account & Signing In
Deko360 doesn't use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there's nothing to remember or reset. Creating a new account 1. Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address. 2. Since this is a new address, we'll send you a verification link by email. 3. Open the email and click the link to confirm your address. 4. You'll be brought back to the sign-in page — enter your email again. 5. This time, we'll send you a 6-digit one-time code. Enter it to sign in. You only need to verify your email once. After that, signing in is always just email + one-time code. Signing in on a device you've used before 1. Enter your email address. 2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code (it arrives within a few seconds and expires after 5 minutes). 3. Enter the code to sign in. If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then try requesting a new one — each code is only valid for a few minutes. Choosing your language Deko360 is available in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam. You can switch languages any time from Settings → Language — see Profile & Language. Tips - Use the email address you check regularly — it's how you'll sign in every time, and it's where billing and account notifications go. - If you change your mind about signing up, simply don't click the verification link — no account is created until you complete both steps above.
Creating Your First Tour
A Deko360 tour is a sequence of 360° panoramas ("scenes") that a visitor can walk through, jumping between rooms using clickable hotspots. Step 1: Create a tour 1. From your Dashboard, click Create Tour. 2. Give it a name — usually the property address or a short listing title. You can rename it later. Step 2: Upload your panoramas Deko360 works with equirectangular 360° photos (the wide, 2:1 aspect-ratio panoramas produced by 360° cameras and most 360° phone-camera apps) — not regular photos. 1. Open your new tour — you'll land in the Tour Editor. 2. Drag one or more panorama files onto the upload strip at the bottom of the screen, or click it to choose files from your computer. 3. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, and WebP, up to 100MB per file. 4. Each uploaded panorama becomes a scene. You can upload several at once — one per room or angle you want visitors to be able to visit. After uploading, Deko360 automatically processes each panorama (generating the smooth 360° view and depth data used by the viewer). This takes a little time — you'll see a status indicator on each scene while it's processing, and the scene becomes explorable once it's marked ready. Step 3: Add hotspots to connect your scenes Hotspots are the clickable markers visitors use to move from one scene to another. 1. Select a scene from the strip at the bottom. 2. Click Add Hotspot, then click anywhere on the panorama to place a marker. 3. In the panel on the right, choose which scene that hotspot should link to. 4. Repeat for every doorway or transition point in the panorama — and don't forget to add a hotspot going the other way from the destination scene, so visitors can walk back. See Scenes & Hotspots for the full editing workflow. Step 4: Publish Once your scenes are ready and linked together, publish your tour so it's viewable by anyone with the link. See Publishing Your Tour. Tips for better panoramas - Shoot at a consistent height (chest or eye level) across every room for a natural walk-through feel. - Avoid direct light sources in frame where possible — they can create bright blown-out spots in the panorama. - A tripod produces noticeably cleaner results than handheld shots, especially for the stitching seam.
