A VR album groups several 360° photos into one page with a single shareable link — a good fit for a whole property, a trip, or a portfolio where each photo is a standalone 360° image and you don't need a walkable multi-room tour. Visitors see a gallery of your photos, tap one to look around in 360°, and move between photos without leaving the album.
If you need rooms linked by hotspots instead, see Creating Your First 360° VR Tour.
Before you start
An album is built from VR images — single 360° photos you've already uploaded. If you haven't uploaded any yet, see Hosting a Single VR Image first. Photos only appear to visitors once they are published.
Step 1: Create the album
There are two ways to start:
- From the Dashboard, click New album (the "Group 360° photos into one shareable link" card). DEKO360 creates an untitled album and opens its editor.
- From a VR image, open its ⋯ menu on the dashboard (or the Add to album button in the VR image editor) and choose New album with this 360° photo. The album is created with that photo already inside.
Step 2: Add details
In the album editor, fill in:
- Title — shown at the top of the album page. Albums without a title appear as "Untitled album".
- Description — a short blurb shown under the title.
Click Save details to apply your changes.
Step 3: Add your 360° photos
- Under 360° photos, click Add 360° photos.
- Tick the photos you want from your account. The picker shows how many more you can add to this album.
- Click Add.
You can also add a photo from the photo's own page: open the VR image and click Add to album, then choose this album.
Arrange the album
- Reorder photos by dragging them, or use Move earlier and Move later. This is the order visitors see.
- Use as cover picks the photo that appears as the album's header background. The cover is marked with a Cover badge.
- Remove from album takes a photo out of the album. The photo itself isn't deleted.
Photos that are still drafts, or have been taken down, are marked as hidden from visitors until they're published.
Step 4: Publish
A new album starts as a Draft. To make it public:
- Make sure at least 2 photos in the album are published. If you have fewer, you'll see "Add at least 2 published 360° photos to publish this album."
- Choose who can view it in the Who can view this? panel, then click Publish.
- If some photos are still drafts, DEKO360 asks what to do: Publish all publishes the photos and the album together, Publish album only leaves the draft photos hidden.
Click Switch to Draft at any time to take the album offline. Nothing is deleted. Private, password-protected and specific-people access are available on the Individual plan and higher.
Step 5: Share your album
Once it's live, use Copy link to share the album's link anywhere, or View to open it.
Visitors see:
- The album title, description and photo count over the cover image.
- A grid of your published photos with their titles and locations.
- When they open a photo, previous and next buttons, a counter like "2 / 6", and a link back to All 360° photos in the album.
Limits by plan
| Plan | Photos per album | Published albums at once |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 | 1 |
| Individual | 10 | Unlimited |
| Creator | 25 | Unlimited |
| Agency | 25 | Unlimited |
Drafts don't count toward the published-albums limit. Photos in an album count toward your storage (once, even if they're in several albums) — see Hosting a Single VR Image. The album page shows a small DEKO360 badge unless your account is on Creator or Agency.
Deleting an album
In the album editor, choose Delete album and confirm. The album and its link are removed, but your 360° photos are not deleted.
