DEKO360

Not every listing needs a full multi-scene tour — sometimes one great 360° photo is enough. A VR image is a single panorama with its own shareable link. Add a title, description and location, then publish in a few clicks. When you have several, group them into an album that opens from one link.

Uploading a VR image

  1. From your Dashboard, click Upload VR Image (or Upload a VR image if your dashboard is empty).
  2. Choose a single equirectangular 360° photo — JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 100MB.
  3. DEKO360 processes it automatically, the same pipeline as a tour scene. A Processing… label shows until it's ready. If it fails, you'll see Processing failed — check the file is a genuine 2:1 panorama and upload it again.

Unlike a tour, a VR image has no scenes or hotspots — it's meant to be quick.

The VR image editor

Open any VR image from the dashboard (or choose Edit from the card's ⋯ menu) to reach its editor. The header shows whether it's Live or Draft, how many views it has, and buttons to Preview it, Copy link and View public once it's live.

Details

  • Title — shown at the top of the viewer and in link previews. Untitled images appear as "Untitled VR image".
  • Description — a short line about the view. A counter shows how many characters you have left.
  • Location — type a place name and pick from the suggestions, or click the map to drop a pin and drag it to adjust. You can keep just a name with no pin, or use Clear location to remove it.

Click Save details to apply your changes.

Who can view it

Use the Who can view this? panel to choose who can open the image. A new VR image starts as a Draft that only you and your workspace can see — pick the audience, then click Publish. Click Switch to Draft at any time to take it offline; nothing is deleted either way.

Private, password-protected and specific-people access are available on the Individual plan and higher, and the private revocable link needs Creator or Agency. See Password-Protecting a Tour for how password protection works.

Branding

The Branding section controls how DEKO360 appears on your VR image. Both options require the Creator or Agency plan, like tour white-labeling.

  • Hide DEKO360 branding removes the "Powered by deko360.com" credit and the DEKO360 patch that covers the camera or tripod at the bottom of the image.
  • Custom nadir patch — upload your own logo (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2MB) to show on that circle instead of the DEKO360 mark. Use Replace or Remove to change it later. If you hide DEKO360 branding and don't upload a logo, no patch is shown.

The editor preview updates as you change these. Photos opened from an album follow their own Branding settings, and the album page itself shows the DEKO360 badge unless your account is on Creator or Agency. See White-Label Branding.

Delete

Delete VR image in the Danger zone permanently removes the image and everything generated from it. This can't be undone.

Adding a VR image to an album

An album groups several 360° photos into one shareable link — useful for a whole property, a trip or a portfolio.

From a VR image

  1. Open the VR image's editor and click Add to album. (You can also use Add to album in the ⋯ menu on its dashboard card.)
  2. Choose one of your existing albums, or click New album with this 360° photo to start a new one.
  3. A confirmation says Added to the album's name.

From inside an album

  1. Open the album from your dashboard.
  2. Click Add 360° photos, tick the photos you want, and click Add. The picker shows how many more you can add to the album.

Managing an album

  • Reorder photos by dragging them, or use Move earlier and Move later.
  • Use as cover picks the photo that represents the album.
  • Remove from album takes a photo out of the album. The photo itself is not deleted.
  • Give the album a Title and a short Description, then click Save details.

Publishing an album

An album needs at least 2 published 360° photos before it can be published. Photos that are still drafts stay hidden from visitors. If some are drafts, DEKO360 offers Publish all (publishes the photos and the album) or Publish album only.

Limits by plan

Plan Photos per album Published albums at once
Free 5 1
Individual 10 Unlimited
Creator 25 Unlimited
Agency 25 Unlimited

Drafts don't count toward the published-albums limit. If your account goes over its plan's limits, an album can be unpublished automatically; you can publish it again once you're back within your limits.

Storage

A VR image that isn't in an album doesn't use any of your plan's storage, and there's no cap on how many you can upload (just the 100MB per-file limit). Once a VR image is in at least one album, it counts toward your storage once, at its original size — adding it to a second album doesn't count again. Remove it from all your albums to stop it counting.
