If you share tours alongside MLS or IDX listings, many MLS boards expect two things: broker or agent attribution wherever listing content is displayed, and a way to take a tour out of search results once a listing is no longer active. The MLS Compliance section of the editor covers both. Rules vary by MLS board, so treat it as a helpful starting point and check your board's requirements.
Finding the settings
Open your tour in the editor. In the right-hand panel, open the MLS Compliance section, below Tour Properties. On the Free and Individual plans the section shows an upgrade prompt instead of the controls.
Listing or brokerage attribution
Add the line your MLS board requires, such as "Listing courtesy of Jane Doe, ABC Realty".
- In Listing/brokerage attribution, type the text. It can be up to 200 characters.
- Click away from the field. It saves automatically.
The attribution is shown on the public tour as small text with the tour's title and description. A green check beside the heading means an attribution is set; a warning icon means it's still empty.
To remove it, clear the field and click away.
Keeping a tour out of Google
Once a listing sells or is withdrawn, the tour link may stay live but you may not want it found in search.
- Under Search engine indexing, turn on Exclude from Google search. The status changes from Indexed to Excluded.
- Turn it off again to allow indexing.
This setting matters for Public tours. Tours set to Private, Password or Specific people are never indexed. See Who Can View Your Tour.
Good to know
- Both settings apply per tour. Set them on each listing's tour.
- Attribution and search settings are separate from White-Label Branding, which controls the DEKO360 badge, logo and nadir patch.
- If your account moves back to Free or Individual, you can no longer change these settings.
