Inviting Team Members & Clients

Available on the Creator and Agency plans. There's no limit on how many people you can invite. Two kinds of invites When you invite someone to a workspace, you choose whether they're a Team member or a Client: - Team member — choose whether they can Edit (create, upload, and edit tours) or only View. - Client — always view-only. This is the simplest way to give a client a look at their tours in progress without any risk of them changing something. Anything a team member creates or uploads counts against your plan's storage and tour limits, not theirs. Inviting someone 1. Go to Workspace settings. 2. Under Members, enter the email address you want to invite. 3. Choose Team member or Client, and (for team members) pick Editor or Viewer. 4. Click Send invite. They'll receive an email with a link that expires in 7 days. If they don't already have a Deko360 account, they'll be prompted to create one first, then automatically join your workspace once they accept. Managing existing members From Workspace settings, you can see everyone with access to the workspace — both accepted members and pending invitations. - Remove a member to revoke their access immediately. Their own account and anything else they own elsewhere is untouched. - Revoke a pending invite before it's accepted, if you sent it to the wrong address or changed your mind. What each role can do | Role | Create/edit tours | View tours | Manage workspace settings | |---|---|---|---| | Owner (you) | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Editor | Yes | Yes | No | | Viewer | No | Yes | No | | Client | No | Yes | No | Only the workspace owner can rename the workspace, invite or remove people, or create additional workspaces. Understanding Workspaces

Multiple workspaces are available on the Creator and Agency plans. Every account gets one workspace automatically — Free and Individual plans use just this one, and never need to think about the concept. What a workspace is A workspace is a container for a set of tours. Everyone invited into a workspace can see and (depending on their role) edit the tours inside it. Your storage and tour-count limits are shared across every workspace you own — creating more workspaces doesn't give you extra quota, it just helps you organize. Why use more than one workspace If you create tours for multiple clients — for example, as a freelance photographer working with several real-estate agents — a common pattern is: - One workspace per client. Keep each client's tours separate, and invite only that client (and anyone working on their tours) into it. - One workspace per office or team, if you run an agency with multiple locations. This keeps each client seeing only their own tours if you invite them in as a collaborator, and keeps your dashboard easier to navigate as your tour count grows. Creating a workspace 1. Go to Workspace settings from the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. 2. Click New workspace and give it a name. 3. Switch between your workspaces any time using the same switcher — the sidebar and dashboard always show whichever workspace is currently active. Renaming a workspace From Workspace settings, edit the name field and save. This is visible to anyone you've invited into that workspace. Related guides - Inviting Team Members & Clients
