Deko360 doesn't use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there's nothing to remember or reset.
Creating a new account
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
- Since this is a new address, we'll send you a verification link by email.
- Open the email and click the link to confirm your address.
- You'll be brought back to the sign-in page — enter your email again.
- This time, we'll send you a 6-digit one-time code. Enter it to sign in.
You only need to verify your email once. After that, signing in is always just email + one-time code.
Signing in on a device you've used before
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code (it arrives within a few seconds and expires after 5 minutes).
- Enter the code to sign in.
If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then try requesting a new one — each code is only valid for a few minutes.
Choosing your language
Deko360 is available in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam. You can switch languages any time from Settings → Language — see Profile & Language.
Tips
- Use the email address you check regularly — it's how you'll sign in every time, and it's where billing and account notifications go.
- If you change your mind about signing up, simply don't click the verification link — no account is created until you complete both steps above.
