Creating Your Account & Signing In

DEKO360 doesn't use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there's nothing to remember or reset.

Creating a new account

1. Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
2. We'll send you a 6-digit one-time code by email — it arrives within a few seconds and expires after 5 minutes.
3. Enter the code on the sign-in page.

Entering the code both verifies your email and signs you in — there's no separate step. After that, signing in is always just email + one-time code.

Signing in on a device you've used before

1. Enter your email address.
2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code (it arrives within a few seconds and expires after 5 minutes).
3. Enter the code to sign in.

If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then try requesting a new one — each code is only valid for a few minutes.

Tips

• Use the email address you check regularly — it's how you'll sign in every time, and it's where billing and account notifications go.
• If you change your mind about signing up, you don't need to do anything — without entering the code, you just won't be able to sign in.
