Available on the Creator and Agency plans.
By default, every published tour shows a small "Powered by DEKO360" badge. On Creator and Agency plans, you can replace or remove it so tours feel fully like your own.
Hiding the DEKO360 badge
- Open your tour in the editor.
- Click on empty space (no scene selected) so the right-hand panel shows Tour Properties.
- Under Branding, toggle the Powered by DEKO360 badge switch off.
The badge disappears from the tour's public link, and so does the default DEKO360 mark on the nadir patch (see below) unless you've uploaded your own patch logo. (Note: embeds have their own separate Hide the deko360 badge toggle in the embed dialog — same Creator/Agency requirement, set independently. See Embedding Your Tour.)
Adding your own logo
Instead of just hiding the badge, you can replace it with your own logo:
- In the same Branding section of Tour Properties, click Upload logo.
- Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image (up to 5MB). PNG or WebP with a transparent background works best.
- Your logo now appears in the badge's place on the tour's public link.
Use Replace to swap in a different image, or Remove to go back to no logo (and optionally re-enable the default DEKO360 badge).
Nadir patch
Every scene shows a small branded circle covering the tripod at the bottom of the panorama — the "nadir patch." Its controls are in the same Branding section of Tour Properties.
- Nadir patch size — a slider (available on every plan) lets you make this circle bigger or smaller to fully cover the tripod in your specific shots.
- Nadir patch logo — on Creator and Agency, you can replace the default DEKO360 mark on that circle with your own logo (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2MB), using the same Replace / Remove controls as the header logo above.
- When you hide the badge — the default DEKO360 mark on the patch is hidden too, so no patch is shown. Upload a nadir patch logo if you'd like your own mark there instead. The editor shows a note under the size slider while the patch is hidden.
VR images and albums
White-labeling also applies to VR images and albums:
- In the VR image editor, the Branding section has Hide DEKO360 branding, which removes the "Powered by deko360.com" credit and the DEKO360 patch under the camera, and Custom nadir patch, where you can upload your own logo (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2MB). Both need the Creator or Agency plan.
- An album's page shows the DEKO360 badge unless your account is on Creator or Agency. Photos opened from an album follow their own Branding settings.
A note on workspaces
Branding settings are per-tour, not account-wide — if you manage tours for multiple clients, set each tour's branding individually so every client sees their own look. Organizing tours into one workspace per client can make this easier to keep track of.
