Deleting Your Account
If you'd like to stop using Deko360 entirely, you can permanently delete your account from Settings. Before you delete Deleting your account permanently signs you out and blocks that email from ever signing in again — this can't be undone. However, deleting your account does not delete your tours, scenes, hotspots, or uploaded panoramas — that content is left exactly as it was, still owned by the same workspace, and any published tours stay live and reachable at their existing links. If you want your tour content itself removed (not just your ability to sign in), delete individual tours from your Dashboard first — or contact support to request full data removal. If you just want to stop a subscription without losing your tours, see Managing & Cancelling Your Subscription instead — that keeps your account and content intact. How to delete your account 1. Go to Settings → Danger Zone. 2. Read the warning carefully. 3. Type DELETE (in capital letters) into the confirmation field. 4. Click Permanently delete my account. You'll be signed out immediately once the deletion is confirmed. Tours you created in someone else's workspace If you were invited as a team member into someone else's workspace and created tours there, those tours stay with that workspace when you delete your own account — only content you personally own is affected.
Profile & Language
Updating your name 1. Go to Settings → Profile. 2. Edit the Name field and save. Your name is shown in places like team invitations, so teammates can tell who's who in a shared workspace. Changing your email Email changes aren't currently self-service, since your email is also how you sign in. Contact support if you need your account's email address updated. Changing your language Deko360 is available in English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam. 1. Go to Settings → Language. 2. Select your preferred language. Your choice is saved to your account and applies the next time you sign in on any device — it's not just a per-browser setting. Viewing your plan Settings → Subscription shows your current plan, how many tours you own, and when you joined. To change plans, see Upgrading Your Plan.
