Branding & Customization
White-label branding, accent colors, and analytics (Creator/Agency plans).
Analytics & Tracking
Available on the Creator and Agency plans. If you already track your marketing with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta (Facebook) Pixel, you can connect the same tracking to your published tours — so visits to your tour show up in your own reporting and ad campaigns, not just ours. Why this matters A tour lives on its own page (and often gets embedded on portals outside your main website), so your website's usual tracking script doesn't automatically see visits to it. Connecting your own tracking IDs closes that gap — useful for: - Retargeting — build an ad audience of people who viewed a specific property's tour. - Campaign attribution — see which ad or listing drove someone to explore the tour. - Conversion tracking — if you're also using a contact/lead form elsewhere on your site, tie tour engagement back to it. Connecting your tracking IDs 1. Open your tour in the editor. 2. Click on empty space (no scene selected) so the right-hand panel shows Tour Properties. 3. Scroll to Analytics & Tracking. 4. Enter any of the following you use: - Google Analytics measurement ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX) - Google Tag Manager container ID (format: GTM-XXXXXXX) - Meta Pixel ID (a numeric ID from your Meta Events Manager) 5. Each field saves as soon as you click away from it. You can find these IDs in your Google Analytics admin settings, your Google Tag Manager workspace, or your Meta Events Manager, respectively. Removing tracking Clear the field and click away to remove a tracking ID from a tour — this is per-tour, so removing one tour's tracking doesn't affect any others. Privacy note Tracking IDs you add here are yours — traffic data flows into your own Google/Meta account, not to Deko360. Make sure your own site's privacy policy reflects any tracking you enable this way.
Custom Accent Color
Available on the Creator and Agency plans. Give a tour your own brand color by recoloring its hotspot markers — instead of the default Deko360 blue. Setting an accent color 1. Open your tour in the editor. 2. Click on empty space (no scene selected) so the right-hand panel shows Tour Properties. 3. Under Branding, use the Accent Color picker to choose any color you like. The hotspot markers update immediately in the editor preview, and the change applies to the published tour as soon as you save. Resetting to the default color Click Reset to default next to the color picker to go back to the standard Deko360 blue. What it changes The accent color affects the hotspot markers (the pulsing dot/icon visitors click to move between scenes) on both the editor stage and the live published tour. It doesn't change the color of your uploaded photos or other tour content. Related guides - White-Label Branding - Customizing Hotspot Icons
White-Label Branding
Available on the Creator and Agency plans. By default, every published tour shows a small "Powered by Deko360" badge. On Creator and Agency plans, you can replace or remove it so tours feel fully like your own. Hiding the Deko360 badge 1. Open your tour in the editor. 2. Click on empty space (no scene selected) so the right-hand panel shows Tour Properties. 3. Under Branding, toggle the Powered by Deko360 badge switch off. The badge disappears from the tour's public link. (Note: embeds have their own separate "clean embed" toggle available to every plan — see Embedding Your Tour.) Adding your own logo Instead of just hiding the badge, you can replace it with your own logo: 1. In the same Branding section of Tour Properties, click Upload logo. 2. Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image (up to 5MB). PNG or WebP with a transparent background works best. 3. Your logo now appears in the badge's place on the tour's public link. Use Replace to swap in a different image, or Remove to go back to no logo (and optionally re-enable the default Deko360 badge). A note on workspaces Branding settings are per-tour, not account-wide — if you manage tours for multiple clients, set each tour's branding individually so every client sees their own look. Organizing tours into one workspace per client can make this easier to keep track of. Related guides - Custom Accent Color - Analytics & Tracking
