Publishing & Sharing
Going live, embedding, and portal compatibility.
Embedding Your Tour
Once a tour is published, you can drop it directly into your own website or a listing page using an embed code — no coding beyond copy-paste required. Getting the embed code 1. Publish your tour (see Publishing Your Tour) — the embed option only appears once a tour is live. 2. Click Embed in the editor toolbar. 3. Copy the provided snippet and paste it into your website's HTML, wherever you want the tour to appear. The embedded tour behaves exactly like the standalone version — full pan, zoom, and hotspot navigation, sized to fit the space you embed it in. Clean embed (hiding the Deko360 badge in the embed) The embed dialog includes a Clean embed checkbox that removes the small "Powered by Deko360" badge from that specific embedded copy of the tour — like standalone white-label branding, this is a Creator and Agency feature. On Free or Individual, the badge stays visible even with Clean embed checked. This setting only affects the embedded version. If you also want the badge hidden on the tour's own standalone link (not just when embedded), see White-Label Branding — same Creator/Agency requirement, set independently. Sharing just the link You don't need to embed a tour to share it — every published tour also has its own direct link, viewable in any browser. Use whichever fits the moment: the direct link for messaging or email, the embed code for putting it on your own site.
Publishing Your Tour
A new tour is a draft until you publish it — only you (and your teammates, if you're on a Creator or Agency workspace) can see it while it's a draft. Publishing 1. Open the tour in the editor. 2. Click the Publish button in the top toolbar. 3. Once published, your tour is reachable at its own public link and can be embedded or shared anywhere. The Live / Draft badge next to the tour title always shows the current status. Unpublishing Click the same button (now labeled Unpublish) to take a tour offline again. Unpublishing doesn't delete anything — your scenes, hotspots, and settings are all kept, and you can republish any time. Previewing before you publish Use the Preview button in the editor toolbar to see exactly what visitors will see, in a new tab, before making it public. If your tour was taken down In rare cases (for example, a violation of our content guidelines), a tour may be taken down by our team. A taken-down tour shows a distinct badge and can't be republished from the editor — contact support if you believe this was done in error. What "published" doesn't mean Publishing makes the tour reachable by its link — it doesn't submit it anywhere automatically. To actually get it in front of buyers or renters, share the link or embed it where they'll see it — see Embedding Your Tour and Sharing on Property Portals.
Sharing on Property Portals
Published Deko360 tours embed on any website that accepts an iframe — including real-estate listing portals, alongside your other listing photos. No portal allowlist Unlike some embed tools, Deko360 doesn't restrict embedding to a fixed list of approved sites. Every published tour is embeddable anywhere — the same posture as embedding a YouTube or Vimeo video. If a portal accepts an iframe or embed-code field for its listings at all, a Deko360 tour will work in it. How to add your tour to a listing 1. Publish your tour (see Publishing Your Tour). 2. Copy the embed code from the editor (see Embedding Your Tour). 3. Paste the embed code into the relevant field of your listing on the portal — most portals that support 360° tours have a dedicated "virtual tour" or "embed code" field in their listing form. If a portal doesn't offer a dedicated embed field, you can usually still share the tour's direct link in the listing description as a fallback — it works in any browser without needing to be embedded. If a portal's embed doesn't render Some portals sanitize or strip iframe embeds from user-submitted listing descriptions as a security measure, even when they advertise "virtual tour" support. If your tour doesn't show up after pasting the embed code, try the portal's dedicated virtual-tour URL field (if it has one) instead of a free-text description box, or fall back to sharing the direct tour link. Let us know which portal — we're always looking to improve compatibility.
