This applies to Individual, Creator and Agency — the monthly subscription plans. (Earlier one-time Individual purchases aren't subscriptions and stay as they are — see Plans Overview.)
Viewing your subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, its price, and whether it's set to auto-renew or already scheduled to cancel.
Cancelling auto-renew
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
This turns off auto-renew — it doesn't cut you off immediately. You keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
What happens after your subscription ends
Once the current period runs out with auto-renew off, your account reverts to the Free plan:
- Tours and scenes you already created are not deleted.
- If you own more than the 1 workspace Free allows, or use more than Free's 1GB of storage, your account becomes read-only until you're back within those limits: you can look around, delete things and upgrade, but you can't create, upload, edit, publish or invite. See If Your Account Is Over Its Plan Limits.
- Tours and albums beyond Free's published limit (1 tour, 1 album) are unpublished — the newest stay live — and you get an email. Nothing is deleted, and you can republish once you're within your limit.
- Items shared as Private, Password or Specific people are switched to Draft, because Free tours can only be Public or Draft.
- Creator/Agency-only features (white-label branding, custom accent color, your own analytics) stop applying to your tours' public pages while you're on Free.
Resubscribing
You can subscribe again at any time from Settings → Billing — there's no waiting period, and everything picks back up as soon as payment goes through.
