Tour Properties holds the settings that apply to the whole tour, not one scene: its title, how it looks in search and social previews, how visitors move around, and who can see it.
Opening Tour Properties
Open your tour in the editor and click empty space — make sure no scene is selected. The right-hand panel changes from the Scene Inspector to Tour Properties.
Title and previews
- Tour title — shown at the top of the tour, in your dashboard and in link previews. A tour needs a title.
- Meta description — shown in search results and social previews. If you leave it empty, DEKO360 uses a default description.
- Featured image — the preview picture used when your tour is shared on Facebook, WhatsApp, X, Instagram and other platforms. Click Upload image, or choose Use a scene thumbnail (scenes need to be processed first). Recommended size is 1200×630px, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8MB. Use Replace or Remove to change it later.
How the tour looks and behaves
- Hotspot icon — the default marker for every hotspot. See Customizing Hotspot Icons.
- Tour Bar — where the room and scene switcher docks in the published tour: Top or Bottom.
- Scene transition — Fade or Walk. See Scene Transitions: Fade vs Walk.
- Tour Info Overlay — shows the tour title and the current space name in the bottom-left corner of the public viewer. Toggle Title & Space name on or off.
- Share Icon — lets mobile visitors share the tour with their phone's built-in share menu. Toggle it on or off.
Who can view the tour
The Who can view this? panel controls whether the tour is a draft or live, and who can open it. See Publishing Your Tour and Password-Protecting a Tour.
Branding
On the Creator and Agency plans you can hide the "Powered by DEKO360" badge, add your own logo, pick a custom accent color for hotspot markers, and upload your own nadir patch logo. Hiding the badge also hides the default DEKO360 patch under the camera. The Nadir patch size slider in this section is available on every plan. See White-Label Branding and Custom Accent Color.
Analytics & Tracking
Creator and Agency plans can add their own Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel IDs so visits to the tour show up in their own reporting. See Analytics & Tracking.
MLS Compliance
A separate MLS Compliance section in the right-hand panel helps a tour meet typical MLS and IDX listing-display requirements. Rules vary by MLS board, so treat it as a starting point. On Creator and Agency plans you can:
- Add Listing/brokerage attribution, such as "Listing courtesy of Jane Doe, ABC Realty". It's shown on the public tour, and a green check appears once it's filled in.
- Turn on Exclude from Google search to keep the tour out of search engines. This is useful once a listing sells or is withdrawn but the link stays live.
