From the dashboard
If you're on Free or Individual, a card in the sidebar shows a short summary of what the next plan up unlocks, with an Upgrade now button — click it to jump straight to billing.
From Settings
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- You'll see every paid plan alongside your current one.
- Click Upgrade to [plan] on the plan you want.
- Complete checkout — payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay by card, UPI, or the other methods Razorpay supports in your region.
Your account updates immediately once payment is confirmed — no waiting.
Upgrading between paid plans
Moving to a higher paid plan mid-cycle — Individual to Creator or Agency, or Creator to Agency — only charges you the difference. The unused value of your current billing period is credited automatically toward the new plan, and you'll see this reflected in the checkout total.
If you bought Individual earlier as a one-time purchase (no longer sold), there's no billing period to credit, so upgrading from it is charged at full price.
If your account is over its plan limits
If you're over your plan's limits — too many workspaces or too much storage — your account is read-only until you're back within them. Upgrading to a plan with higher limits lifts this as soon as payment is confirmed. See If Your Account Is Over Its Plan Limits.
Plans you can't "upgrade" to
Once you're on a higher tier, lower tiers appear greyed out in Billing — they're already included in what you have, so there's nothing to buy there.
