A new tour is a **draft** until you publish it — only you (and your teammates, if you're on a Creator or Agency workspace) can see it while it's a draft.

## Publishing

1. Open the tour in the editor.
2. Click the **Publish** button in the top toolbar.
3. Once published, your tour is reachable at its own public link and can be embedded or shared anywhere.

The **Live** / **Draft** badge next to the tour title always shows the current status.

## Unpublishing

Click the same button (now labeled **Unpublish**) to take a tour offline again. Unpublishing doesn't delete anything — your scenes, hotspots, and settings are all kept, and you can republish any time.

## Previewing before you publish

Use the **Preview** button in the editor toolbar to see exactly what visitors will see, in a new tab, before making it public.

## If your tour was taken down

In rare cases (for example, a violation of our content guidelines), a tour may be taken down by our team. A taken-down tour shows a distinct badge and can't be republished from the editor — contact support if you believe this was done in error.

## What "published" doesn't mean

Publishing makes the tour reachable by its link — it doesn't submit it anywhere automatically. To actually get it in front of buyers or renters, share the link or embed it where they'll see it — see [Embedding Your Tour](https://help.deko360.com/hc/user-guide/articles/embedding-your-tour) and [Sharing on Property Portals](https://help.deko360.com/hc/user-guide/articles/sharing-on-property-portals).
