Billing & Plans
Choosing a plan, upgrading, and managing your subscription.
Managing & Cancelling Your Subscription
This applies to Creator and Agency — the two monthly subscription plans. (Individual is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — see Plans Overview.) Viewing your subscription Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, its price, and whether it's set to auto-renew or already scheduled to cancel. Cancelling auto-renew 1. Go to Settings → Billing. 2. Click Cancel subscription and confirm. This turns off auto-renew — it doesn't cut you off immediately. You keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. What happens after your subscription ends Once the current period runs out with auto-renew off, your account reverts to the Free plan: - Tours and scenes you already created are not deleted. - If you have more active tours, scenes, or storage than the Free plan allows, your existing content stays as-is — it's only new uploads or new tours beyond Free's limits that are blocked until you're back within them. - Creator/Agency-only features (white-label branding, custom accent color, your own analytics) stop applying to your tours' public pages while you're on Free. Resubscribing You can subscribe again at any time from Settings → Billing — there's no waiting period, and everything picks back up as soon as payment goes through. Plans Overview
Deko360 offers four plans. For current pricing, see the Pricing page — this guide covers what each plan actually includes. Free - 1 active tour - Up to 5 scenes per tour - 200MB storage - Unlimited views - Shareable link + embed code - No card required, ever — genuinely free, no time limit Individual A one-time purchase for a single property, not a subscription. - 1 active tour - Unlimited scenes per tour - 1GB storage - Unlimited views - Hosts your tour for life once purchased — no renewal, no expiry Creator A monthly subscription for photographers, freelancers, and agents managing several listings at once. - Up to 15 active tours - Unlimited scenes per tour - 10GB storage - Unlimited views - Unlimited workspaces — organize tours by client or project (see Understanding Workspaces) - Unlimited team member and client invites - White-label branding: hide the Deko360 badge or add your own logo - Custom accent color - Your own analytics & tracking (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel) Agency A monthly subscription for brokerages and larger teams, with everything in Creator plus higher limits: - Up to 50 active tours - 50GB storage - Everything else — unlimited scenes, unlimited views, unlimited workspaces and invites, white-label branding, and analytics — is the same as Creator. Choosing between Individual and Creator If you only ever need one tour live at a time, Individual's one-time payment is usually the better deal — it hosts that tour for life, no renewal needed. If you're regularly producing multiple tours — even just two or three a month — Creator's subscription pays for itself quickly and adds white-label branding on top. Upgrading Your Plan
From the dashboard If you're on Free or Individual, a card in the sidebar shows a short summary of what the next plan up unlocks, with an Upgrade now button — click it to jump straight to billing. From Settings 1. Go to Settings → Billing. 2. You'll see every paid plan alongside your current one. 3. Click Upgrade to [plan] on the plan you want. 4. Complete checkout — payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay by card, UPI, or the other methods Razorpay supports in your region. Your account updates immediately once payment is confirmed — no waiting. Upgrading between paid plans If you're already on a paid plan and move to a higher one partway through a billing period, you're only charged the difference — the unused value of your current period is credited automatically toward the new plan. You'll see this reflected in the checkout total. Plans you can't "upgrade" to Once you're on a higher tier, lower tiers appear greyed out in Billing — they're already included in what you have, so there's nothing to buy there.
