Who Can View Your Tour

Every tour, VR image and album has an audience: who is allowed to open it. You set it in the Who can view this? panel — for a tour, open Tour Properties (click empty space in the editor); for a VR image or album, it's in the editor's side panel. The audiences Audience Who can open it Search engines Draft Only you and your workspace. This is the unpublished state. Not indexed Private Only you and your workspace members. Not indexed Password Anyone with the link and the password. Not indexed Specific people Only people you invite by email. They need a DEKO360 account. Not indexed Public Anyone with the link. A public item can appear in the feed and on the map, and can be indexed by search engines. Can be indexed Draft isn't a choice you pick in the list — it's the state before you publish, and Switch to Draft takes a live item back to it. Choosing an audience 1. Open Who can view this? 2. Select an audience. For Password, enter a password. For Specific people, add emails. 3. Click Publish (or Save access if it's already live). Specific people 1. Choose Specific people. 2. Type an email address, then press comma or Enter, or click Add. 3. Click Publish or Save access. You can invite up to 50 people per item. Everyone you've added appears under People with access. Anyone who doesn't have a DEKO360 account yet is marked No account yet. Recipients see the item under Shared with me on their dashboard once their email is verified. Use Remove next to an email to take their access away. Password See Password-Protecting a Tour. Plans - Free: items can only be Public or Draft. - Individual and above: Private, Password and Specific people are available. - Creator and above: you can also create a private revocable link. If your account returns to the Free plan, items that use Private, Password or Specific people are switched to Draft, so they never become public by accident. Public items are unaffected. Publishing Your Tour

A new tour is a draft until you publish it. While it's a draft, only you and the members of your workspace can see it. Publishing makes it reachable at its own public link, and you choose who is allowed to open it. Publishing 1. Open the tour in the editor. 2. Click empty space (no scene selected) so the right-hand panel shows Tour Properties. 3. In the Who can view this? panel, choose an audience: Public, Private, Password or Specific people. See Who Can View Your Tour for what each means. On the Free plan, Public is the only option. 4. Click Publish. The badge next to the tour title shows the current state: Draft while it's offline, or the audience once it's live (for example Public or Password). Changing who can view a live tour Pick a different audience in the same panel and click Save access. The tour stays live. Taking a tour offline Click Switch to Draft in the Who can view this? panel. Switching to Draft doesn't delete anything — your scenes, hotspots and settings are all kept, and you can publish again any time. Previewing before you publish Use the Preview button in the editor toolbar to see exactly what visitors will see, in a new tab, before making it public. Publish limits Your plan limits how many tours can be published at the same time — Free and Individual allow 1, Creator up to 15 and Agency up to 50. Drafts don't count, and you can create as many tours as you like. If you reach the limit, publishing shows a "Publish limit reached" message. Switch another tour to Draft, or upgrade. On Individual you can also add extra active tours under Settings → Billing. See Plans Overview. If your tour was taken down In rare cases (for example, a violation of our content guidelines), a tour may be taken down by our team. A taken-down tour shows a distinct badge and can't be republished from the editor — contact support if you believe this was done in error. What "published" doesn't mean Publishing makes the tour reachable by its link — it doesn't submit it anywhere automatically. To get it in front of buyers or renters, share the link or embed it where they'll see it — see Embedding Your Tour and Sharing on Property Portals. Customizing Hotspot Icons

By default, hotspots appear as a simple pulsing dot. You can swap this for a different icon to better match what the hotspot leads to — available on every plan. Choosing an icon for the whole tour 1. Open your tour in the editor. 2. Click on empty space (make sure no scene is selected) so the right-hand panel shows Tour Properties instead of the scene inspector. 3. Under Hotspot Icon, pick from the available icons: Dot, Pin, Arrow, Door, Info, Star, Flag, and Compass. This sets the default icon used by every hotspot in the tour that hasn't been given its own icon. Overriding the icon for a single hotspot You're not limited to one icon per tour — any hotspot can use a different icon from the tour-wide default: 1. Select the hotspot from the hotspot list in the right-hand panel. 2. Under Hotspot Icon (shown in that hotspot's own settings), pick a different icon just for that hotspot. This is useful for mixing icons purposefully — for example, Door for room-to-room transitions and Info for a hotspot that just reveals more detail about the current room. Choosing the right icon - Door works well for room-to-room transitions. - Arrow or Compass suit directional movement, like walking down a hallway. - Info is a good fit if a hotspot leads to more detail rather than a new room. - Pin or Star can highlight a hotspot pointing to a featured space (a pool, a view, a rooftop). Changes apply immediately — you'll see the new icon on the live editor stage, and it updates on your published tour as soon as you save.

Billing & Plans

DEKO360 offers four plans. For current pricing, see the Pricing page — this guide covers what each plan actually includes. Free - 1 active tour - Up to 5 scenes per tour - 1GB storage - Unlimited views - 3D dollhouse view and guided tour scripts - Shareable link + embed code - Albums: 1 published album, up to 5 photos each - Public tours only (no private or password-protected sharing) - No card required, ever — genuinely free, no time limit Individual A monthly subscription for homeowners and sellers hosting a property tour. - 1 active tour — add extra active tours any time from Settings → Billing - Unlimited scenes per tour - 2GB storage - Unlimited views - Everything in Free, plus private sharing: Private, Password and Specific people access - .d360 tour import - Albums: unlimited published albums, up to 10 photos each If you bought Individual earlier as a one-time purchase, your plan is unchanged and still hosts your tour for life. The one-time version is no longer sold. Creator A monthly subscription for photographers, freelancers, and agents managing several listings at once. - Up to 15 active tours - Unlimited scenes per tour - 10GB storage - Unlimited views - Everything in Individual, plus private revocable links and .d360 tour export - Up to 15 workspaces — organize tours by client or project (see Understanding Workspaces) - Unlimited team member and client invites - White-label branding: hide the DEKO360 badge, add your own logo and nadir patch - Custom accent color - Your own analytics & tracking (Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel) - MLS compliance tools - Albums: up to 25 photos each Agency A monthly subscription for brokerages and larger teams, with everything in Creator plus higher limits: - Up to 50 active tours - 50GB storage - Up to 50 workspaces - A custom domain per workspace - Everything else — unlimited scenes, unlimited views, unlimited invites, white-label branding, analytics and MLS tools — is the same as Creator. VR images and storage Standalone VR images don't count against your storage and have no cap on how many you can upload. Once a VR image is in an album, it counts toward your storage once, at its original size. Choosing between Individual and Creator If you only need one tour live at a time and want to share it privately, Individual is the simplest choice. If you regularly produce several tours, work for multiple clients, or need white-label branding, team invites, workspaces or private links, choose Creator — it's built for multiple listings, and workspaces help keep each client's tours separate. Getting Started

Creating Your Account & Signing In

DEKO360 doesn't use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so there's nothing to remember or reset. Creating a new account 1. Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address. 2. We'll send you a 6-digit one-time code by email — it arrives within a few seconds and expires after 5 minutes. 3. Enter the code on the sign-in page. Entering the code both verifies your email and signs you in — there's no separate step. After that, signing in is always just email + one-time code. Signing in on a device you've used before 1. Enter your email address. 2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code (it arrives within a few seconds and expires after 5 minutes). 3. Enter the code to sign in. If a code doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then try requesting a new one — each code is only valid for a few minutes. Tips - Use the email address you check regularly — it's how you'll sign in every time, and it's where billing and account notifications go. - If you change your mind about signing up, you don't need to do anything — without entering the code, you just won't be able to sign in.

Autoplay Tour (Guided Script)

A tour script is a guided path through your scenes. Visitors press Play and the tour walks itself: it turns to face the doorway, looks all the way around the room, then moves on to the next scene. Building a script 1. Open your tour in the editor and click Script in the toolbar. 2. You'll need scenes already linked with hotspots first — the script is built from those connections. 3. Click Generate script for a suggested order that visits every scene, then drag cards to rearrange or remove any you don't want — nothing is saved until you make a change. 4. Alternatively, build it manually: under Add another connection, pick a hotspot to jump through, one step at a time. Each step shows a Start or End badge where relevant, and you can drag any step to reorder it. Clearing a script Click Clear script to remove every step and start over. This doesn't affect your scenes or hotspots — only the guided order. What visitors see On the published tour, visitors get an Autoplay Tour button. Clicking it starts the guided walkthrough; Stop Autoplay hands control back to them at any point. Related guides - Working with Scenes & Hotspots - Publishing Your Tour
