**Available on the Creator and Agency plans.** A private link is a revocable link you can send to anyone. Whoever has it can open the item — no account, password or invitation needed — until you revoke it or it expires. It's ideal for off-market listings and client reviews.

It works for tours, VR images and albums.

## Creating a private link

1. Open the item in the editor. For a tour, click empty space so the right-hand panel shows **Tour Properties**.
2. Publish it first — a private link needs a published item.
3. In the **Private link** section of **Who can view this?**, choose when the link expires: **Never expires**, or **Expires in 1 day**, **7 days** or **30 days**.
4. Click **Create link**, then **Copy**.

## How it works with the audience setting

A private link works **alongside** the audience you've chosen in **Who can view this?** — it doesn't replace it. For example, a tour set to **Private** is still opened by anyone you send the private link to. Items opened through a private link don't appear in anyone's **Shared with me**.

## Replacing or revoking a link

- **New link** creates a fresh link. The old one stops working immediately.
- **Revoke** turns the link off for everyone who has it.
- If a link has expired, the panel says so. Create a new one.

Revoking works on every plan, so you can always switch a link off.

## Plans

- **Free and Individual:** the Private link section shows a lock. Upgrade to Creator or Agency to use it.
- If your account moves below Creator, existing private links stop working.
